Biography[]

Post-Blackout[]

About eleven years after the Blackout, Jacob Renn came to the conclusion that General Monroe had gone insane, and helped Miles Matheson get into Philadelphia. Renn opened one of the city's gates and allowed Miles to enter. Later, as his co-conspirators fled, Renn remained behind as his son was sick from an infection and was arrested by Tom Neville. He pleaded with Neville, one father to another, not to kill him.
