The first president of the United States was George Washington from 1789 to 1797.
Post-Blackout[]
When the Blackout spread worldwide in 2012, the original U.S. President (possibly President Barack Obama) was killed when Air Force One crashed, along with the other members of the U.S. government. The other surviving government officials fled to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where they decided to appoint Jack Davis, the former U.S. Secretary of Defense, as their new President. However, Jack Davis was killed by Charlie Matheson.
It is unknown if Texas re-established the United States of America or elected a new President after the end of the Patriot-Texas War.
