Boggs is a militia recruit/conscript in the same training group as Peter and Charlie on board the freighter at Martins Ferry. Charlie needs to get a set of keys and has targeted the medic's keys. So she picks a fight with the much larger Boggs who promptly cleans her clock for Charlies second time unconscious in the same day. ("The Children's Crusade")
It is unknown if Boggs is among those who desert after many of the milita guards on the freighter are killed.
