History[]
Pre-Blackout[]
Bass and Miles grew up in Jasper and were best friends from grade school through high school. They would later join the Marine Corps. together.
Post-Blackout[]
Years after the Blackout, Monroe returned to Jasper and took it over, holding the town's population hostage to draw Miles out. ("The Song Remains the Same")
